Hi, I’m Rachael and I run Raw Therapies. You’ll be pleased to know I’m a fully qualified therapist with almost ten years of experience in the industry. I have Level Three diplomas in Swedish Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Pregnancy Massage and I absolutely love what I do!

It was in 2011 that I decided becoming a therapist was the path I wanted to take. Following the birth of my daughter, my fascination of the science of the human body grew and I wanted to do something that enabled me to learn about our anatomy and physiology, as well as help people in pain. Massage allows me to satisfy those interests and means that no one day is the same!

I am hugely passionate about Swedish Massage and Pregnancy Massage, getting deep into the muscle and into the core of the problem with the intention of eradicating inflammation is the reason I do what I do.
